Seasonal Nail Art Ideas
As I’ve mentioned before, I like to keep up with all the seasonal trends and no matter what season of the year, you can guarantee that my own personal nails will reflect them. Seasonal nail art adds a sense of fun and excitement for the season itself.
Have you ever found yourself rattling your brain about what colours or designs to go for during a festive season? Well take a look at these clever nail art designs for a spark of inspiration, making that decision a whole lot easier!
Halloween has just gone by and it looks like everybody took part this year! Whilst browsing on Instagram in particular, I spotted that a lot of people were going the whole mile and it seems that Halloween is no longer just about costumes, it’s also about nails!
With Christmas fast approaching, here are a few different examples of Christmassy nail art. From Christmas Pudding with 3D features for holly, to cool gift wrapping, Santa Clause and snowflakes, all are equally as effective. I’ve also added an example of a simple way to play on the traditional Christmas colours for a more reserved approach.
Personally, I like simplicity so I think my Christmas seasonal nail colour is going to be OPI Big Apple Red shade. This deep red is perfectly bright and striking for the season-to-be-jolly!
New Year Nails
New Year is the next big season after Christmas! There is so much you can do for this season using an array of colours, including adding some glittery detail for a reflection of those fabulous firework displays we all love.
Valentine’s Day Nails
Like Christmas, Valentine’s Day is also associated with lots of lovely shades of red but applying shades of pinks, a little glitter, hearts or worded designs can bring a little fun and sass to Valentine’s nails.
Okay guys, I’ve sorted you out for the next three months… You can thank me later! Merry Christmas! Happy New Year! Happy Valentine’s Day! Happy Nails!
