Summer is fast approaching although the weather may make you think otherwise! Soon a lot of you will be jetting off to your holiday destinations and an impeccable manicure has to be among the things to tick off before you set off. For that occasion I prepared a quick palm leaves tutorial to get your nails on point this holiday season. I used a flirty colour palette but of course the choice is yours! Let’s have a look!

Essentials

• White nail polish (Mavala White)
• Purple nail polish (OPI I Manicure For Beads)
• Light purple polish (Golden Rose Rich Color 102)
• Lilac nail polish (Eye Candy Naughty but Nice)
• Top coat
• Striping brush

Process

Start with 2 layers of Eye Candy Naughty but Nice. Using a striping brush and OPI I Manicure for Beads draw a palm stalk and add leaves on the sides to create a palm leaf. Repeat the process using white and light purple nail polishes. Don’t forget to overlap them slightly to get the layered effect. Finish your design with a layer of top coat.
