Nail Art Video Tutorial – Bridal Manicure
Wedding season is in full swing and it’s time to get your nude shades out! A french manicure might still be a popular choice for brides, however delicate shades and patterns are definitely something to consider. As an alternative I created a romantic, slightly vintage looking design suitable for every bride, bridesmaid and guest! Let’s have a look.
Essentials
- Nude nail polish (Barry M Skinny Dip)
- White nail polish (Mavala White)
- Top coat
- A detail brush
- A few gold studs (optional)
How to
Start with two layers of Barry M Skinny Dip. Using a detail brush and an opaque white polish such as Mavala White, start creating your pattern. The trick is to swirl your brush slightly and then flick it quickly to create a thinning line. Keep adding as many swirls as you desire and fill in any gaps. For a bit of bling apply two golden studs at the top of your accent nail. Finish your design with a layer of top coat.
Another subtle and sophisticated nail design. I love this, it works on many levels – nudes, white and pastels, and even more dramatic shades. Another great one to add into my Bridal file. Thanks
I’m always on the lookout for bridal nail designs … one of my most common appointments from people … be it for bride, bridal party or people attending weddings. I love to be able to show them a range of beautiful designs, and they love to see what new ones I have picked up ….. loving the gem too.
